Arlon Ratcliff

Arlon Ratcliff is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in the amusement and subsea industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager for the Water Rides business unit at WhiteWater since July 2015, Arlon oversees project execution, customer service, and product development. Previously, Arlon held roles including Engineering Manager and Product Engineer at WhiteWater, focusing on the design of water-based amusement rides and ensuring product safety and quality. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer at OceanWorks International, where Arlon designed subsea mechanical systems, and a decade at BMT WBM Canada, specializing in failure analysis and mechanical design. Arlon's early career included engineering roles at Stout Engineering and DT Systems, contributing to mechanical design and programming. Arlon holds a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
