Cindy Ying

Cindy Ying is an experienced Property Manager currently working at Whitewood since July 2019. Prior to this role, Cindy served as a Property Manager at Colliers International France from June 2015 to July 2019, following the acquisition of IDB Management by Colliers International Belgium. Earlier experience includes a position in Property Management, Administration, and Communication at IDB Management from October 2010 to June 2015. Cindy began their professional journey as an Information Officer at the Belgian Tourist Office in early 2009. Educational qualifications include dual master's degrees in Multilingual Business Communication and Business Management from Université catholique de Louvain, completed in 2009 and 2007, respectively.
