Frédéric Van der Planken

Frederic Van der Planken is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the CEO and Founder of Whitewood Group since June 2008, Frederic has developed a fully integrated real estate platform that offers Fund, Asset, Property, and Facility Management Services to private and institutional investment clients. Prior to this, Frederic served at CB Richard Ellis from October 2003 to July 2008, initially as Head of Capital Markets for Central & Eastern Europe, where a key focus was ensuring consistent service delivery across the region. Frederic also led the market-leading Brussels investment department of CBRE as Head of Capital Markets for Belgium and Luxembourg, overseeing a team and executing significant cross-border transactions. Earlier in the career, Frederic functioned as a Senior Investment Advisor, facilitating large-scale real estate transactions across Europe. Frederic holds a BA in Law from the University of Antwerp, earned between 1995 and 2000.
