Owen Barcelona

Owen Barcelona is currently a Senior Superintendent at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from July 2015 to December 2019. Owen also worked as an Assistant Supe at Key Construction from January 2015 to December 2015 and as a Junior Project Manager at Build Rite Construction Ltd. from June 2010 to January 2013.

Owen has experience in overseeing and supervising work sites, scheduling and estimating construction projects, performing quantity takeoffs, documenting changes to construction plans, negotiating contracts, and integrating techniques on job sites. Owen is skilled in managing employees, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and handling customer service inquiries.

Owen's experience in the construction industry has been invaluable in their current role as Senior Superintendent. Owen has successfully managed a variety of construction projects from start to finish and has gained the trust and respect of their colleagues and subordinates. Owen is a motivated individual who is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of their work site and ensure that quality standards are met.

Owen Barcelona has a Master's Degree in Construction Management from the University of North Texas. Owen also has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering Technology/Construction Management from Old Dominion University. Lastly, they have a High School Diploma in General Studies from Maine Central Institute.

They work with Jen Revelli - Quality Manager, Cynthia Robles - Project Accountant, and Chris Dockstader - Lead Project Manager. and Silvia Casillas - Lead Superintendent reports to Owen Barcelona. Owen Barcelona reports to Tom Wooden, Division Vice President.
