Todd Hetzer

Todd Hetzer has a diverse background in construction management and engineering, beginning with a work study position at The George Washington University from September 1992 to December 1994, where responsibilities included maintaining and instructing on computer application software and equipment. After a brief internship at JRI Engineering in the summer of 1994, focusing on the preparation of construction drawings, Todd Hetzer joined Whiting-Turner in March 1995 and has held the position of Vice President since then. In this role, Todd Hetzer oversees all aspects of the construction management process, managing project scope from inception to closeout without reliance on departmental divisions typically found in other construction companies.
