Amanda Affleck is a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with extensive experience in the field. Currently, Amanda serves as a CRNA at Spokane Outpatient Anesthesia and Guide Anesthesia | Arizona Anesthesia Solutions since May and March 2023, respectively, while also owning Spokanesthesia, LLC since July 2012. Amanda has provided supplemental CRNA services at Plastic Surgery Northwest since September 2018 and worked at Providence Health & Services from July 2008 to October 2023. Additionally, Amanda held the role of Clinical Coordinator for the Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice Program at Gonzaga University from January 2020 to December 2021. Amanda has contributed to the professional community as a speaker at various anesthesia conferences and educational sessions. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Missouri State University, a Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia from Gonzaga University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Washington State University.

WHMC is owned by a Public Hospital District and offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services including: general medicine, general and orthopedic surgery and obstetrics.
