Molly also served as the Director of the Colfax Chamber of Commerce, promoting local business and community development. Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Washington, as well as an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from PIMA Medical Institute. Additionally, Molly has completed training in Balance Training and Massage Therapy.

WHMC is owned by a Public Hospital District and offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services including: general medicine, general and orthopedic surgery and obstetrics.
