Bernard Whitman

Bernard Whitman is the Founder & CEO of Whitman Insight Strategies (WINS), a strategic research and communications firm. Prior to establishing WINS, Bernard worked as a Principal at Penn, Schoen & Berland and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal. Bernard also has experience as a Fundraiser for Dukakis for President. Bernard graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & International Relations.
