Charles Hastings

Charles Hastings is an experienced foundation and special programs manager at Whitman-Walker, responsible for overseeing various database systems, donor services, and volunteer initiatives since February 2020. With a strong background in database management and donor relations developed through previous roles as a database and development coordinator, donor database associate, and donor database assistant, Charles has effectively managed gift processing, donor record maintenance, and the launch of new CRM systems. Before these roles, Charles served as a visitor guide and assistant at the Architect of the Capitol, providing educational tours, and has experience in student affairs and curatorial assistance from positions at Wesley College and the Delaware Agricultural Museum. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, American Studies, and Politics from Wesley College.
