Jennifer Loken

Jennifer Loken, LICSW, LCSW-C, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in substance use treatment and therapy services. Currently serving as the Director of Therapy and Substance Use Treatment Services at Whitman-Walker since February 2018, Jennifer oversees clinical and administrative aspects of substance use services, program development, and grant management. In addition to managing community-based therapy services, Jennifer founded Loken Counseling & Consulting PLLC in June 2021, providing private psychotherapy. Previous roles include therapist positions focusing on addictions and social work with individuals living with HIV. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland and additional certifications in drug and alcohol counseling.
