Michael Herndon

Michael Herndon has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Michael worked at International Paper as an Internal Auditor from 2002 to 2004, where they developed and executed financial and operational audit programs. Michael also consulted with management to ensure a strong control environment. At BDO Seidman, LLP, they worked as a Senior Accountant from 2004 to 2006, conducting financial audit engagements and executing Sarbanes-Oxley assessments.
