Alicia Lazaro

Alicia Lazaro serves as the President of Whitney Partners, LLC, a US-focused executive search firm specializing in the Financial Services industry, since October 2008. Prior to this role, Alicia co-founded Whitney Group in January 1983 and held the position of Senior Managing Director until October 2008, following the merger of Whitney McRae LLC with Andersen Keane LLC. From 1980 to 1983, Alicia was the CEO of Whitney McRae LLC, recognized as the first specialist executive search firm dedicated to the financial services sector and one of the first female, minority-owned firms in the industry. Alicia holds a BA in Romance Languages, Literature, and Linguistics from Binghamton University.
