Karyn Cotrona

Karyn Cotrona currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Whitney Rehabilitation Care Center since July 2022. Prior to this role, Karyn held the position of Human Resources Manager at Water’s Edge Center for Health and Rehabilitation from March 2022 to June 2022, and served as Human Resources Director at Aaron Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center from September 2014 to March 2022. Karyn's career began as Nursing Services Coordinator at Aurora Senior Living of New Britain from October 2011 to March 2013, where responsibilities included staffing management and administrative duties according to Public Health Code requirements. Karyn is an alumnus of Middlesex Community College.
