Elizabeth Martin

Elizabeth Martin, MS, CHES, is a seasoned professional in quality and population health, currently serving as the Senior Director of Quality & Population Health at Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Asthma Health Systems Manager at the New York State Department of Health and Director of Population Health and Wellness at CDPHP. Elizabeth's expertise also encompasses health communication, having worked as a Senior Account Supervisor at Hager Sharp and as a Health Communication Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Additionally, Elizabeth has held academic positions as a lecturer in health-related fields at Central Piedmont Community College and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Promotion, a Graduate Certificate in Communications Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Fitness Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the University of Dayton.
