Whitney Museum of American Art
Kristi Davis is a seasoned leader in advancement operations, currently serving as the Director of Advancement Operations at the Whitney Museum of American Art since October 2025. Previous roles include Executive Director of Gift Policy & Advancement Information Systems at the University of Denver, where leadership of a ten-member team supported the $1 billion "The Denver Difference" campaign. Kristi also held the position of Executive Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at New York University, directing a team focused on analytics strategies to bolster fundraising efforts. Other significant experiences include Senior Director of Advancement Services at Cambridge in America during a £2 billion campaign and roles in data management and development at The Juilliard School, Pratt Institute, World Monuments Fund, School of Visual Arts, and the American Museum of Natural History. Kristi holds an MS in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute and a BA in Art History from Kansas State University.
