Michael Marinaro

As Whitsons’ Vice President of Supply Chain and Technology, Michael is responsible for overseeing and administering all aspects of the company purchasing programs, including researching new suppliers and manufacturers, facilitating strategic relationships, researching and testing new products and ingredients, monitoring vendor issues and coordinating with the marketing department on promotional programs. He has made great strides in building vendor relationships and procuring quality products in line with their nutritional focus and green initiatives. He is also responsible for the company’s overall technology strategy, including infrastructure, communication systems and Whitsons’ proprietary Dine Central, intranet and ERP/MRP systems. Michael holds a degree from Hofstra University.
