Doug Whittle

Doug Whittle is the owner of Whittle Consulting Group, LLC, established in February 2002, focusing on human performance development with expertise in organizational change and leadership. Doug has significant experience in consulting on large systems implementations, customer service, high performance teams, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Previous roles include co-authoring the acclaimed book "The Manager as Change Agent" and serving as Performance Development Manager at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., where management of training and support related to a global SAP implementation was key. Doug has also taught journalism and education at Iowa State University, directed student publications, and worked as a high school English and journalism teacher. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Journalism Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
