Shashank Joshi

Shashank Joshi has over 18 years of work experience. Shashank began their career in 2003 as a Senior Engineer at Honeywell Technologies Solutions Lab, Bangalore, where they worked on Flight Management System used on Airbus Aircraft. In 2005, they moved to Siemens Information Systems Limited as a Senior Engineer. After one year, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Project Manager (Banking and Securities). In this role, they worked for leading banks based out of US and Switzerland, managing teams in onsite and offshore model. Shashank also worked as a Project Leader (Insurance projects), where they were responsible for the complete delivery of test artifacts from start to end and was sent to client location in Canada to execute and deliver the project. Currently, they are a Sr Engineering Manager at WhizAI, managing a team of Automation Testers and Manual Testers.

Shashank Joshi began their educational journey in 1983 at St Xavier's School in Bhopal. Shashank then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from 1997 to 2001. In 2002, they completed a Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC, ACTS - Pune, focusing on software languages, database, networking, and other related topics. In 2019, they obtained a SAFe® 4 Certified Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
