Chase Holien is a Transportation Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license, currently employed at WHKS & Co since June 2009, where responsibilities include project design and plan preparation for municipal roadway and transportation projects, with proficiency in Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) format.
