Travis Freese, PE, is a Project Manager and Design Engineer at WHKS & Co since January 2012, specializing in client relations and managing projects related to survey processing, water and sewer systems, roadway design, drainage and stormwater management, as well as site design for building additions in the Dubuque and Jo Daviess County area. Earlier in career, Travis worked as a Civil Technical Support intern at The Foth Companies, contributing to the design of sanitary sewer plans and water main construction projects. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, completed in 2011, and graduated from East Dubuque High School in 2006.
