Esha Gupta

Esha Gupta currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Public Health & Social Impact at Colgate-Palmolive, a position held since May 2025. Esha also contributes as a Board Member for the WHO Foundation since September 2022. Prior to these roles, Esha was the Chief of Staff for Strategy at Noora Health from June 2024 to May 2025 and worked at Meta as the Programs & Partnerships Manager for Global Health & Social Impact from November 2020 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Officer for Health Emergencies at the World Health Organization and as a Consultant in Social Impact & Health at Dalberg. Esha's career began in healthcare advisory at KPMG and included analytical roles at the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Foundation. Esha holds a Master of Science in Public Health in Developing Countries from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Public Health from Boston University.
