Henrietta Probert has a diverse work experience in brand strategy and insights. Henrietta is currently working as the Director of Brand Strategy and Insights at Who Gives A Crap since April 2020. Prior to that, they spent three years as a Mama, chef, baby sleep strategist, and laundry pro at The Pregnancy Pause, where they also volunteered for Free to Feed. Henrietta also undertook online study in customer analytics at Wharton Business School and worked on a project for Victoria University during this period. Before that, they worked at Anomaly as a Group Strategy Director, where they led brand positioning, creative strategy, and developed multi-channel campaigns for various clients. Henrietta also worked at Goodby Silverstein & Partners as a Senior Brand Strategist, at BBH New York as a Strategist/Planner, at Publicis Mojo as a Junior Planner, and at Zenith Optimedia Group Limited as a Data Research Analyst. Throughout their career, Henrietta has gained experience in brand and product development, research, data analysis, campaign development, and global brand stewardship.
Henrietta Probert completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at the University of Melbourne from 2003 to 2005.
