In this role, Gael defines manufacturing and sourcing strategies across multiple regions, drives productivity initiatives, and manages the global CAPEX budget. Prior to this, Gael held several key positions at Merisant Company from 2006 to 2018, including Global S&OP Director, where responsibilities included overseeing the sales and operations planning process and enhancing inventory management. Earlier experience includes planning roles at Lexmark and BIC, along with educational credentials from EPF Engineering School, a Lean Manufacturing certification from IIBLC, and ongoing professional development with APICS.
