Jim Sproat

Jim Sproat is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as General Manager and Vice President for North America at Whole Earth Brands since June 2023, Jim previously held roles as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at LAFAZA from 2021 to 2023, where corporate strategy and sales growth in newly developed divisions were key responsibilities. Jim's experience also includes leadership positions at Pyure Brands LLC, Kashi Company, and Kellogg Company, focusing on sales, marketing innovation, and team leadership across several product categories. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in General Management and Small Business/Entrepreneurship from the UMN Carlson School of Management and has also attended UCLA.
