Jenny Stephen

Jenny Stephen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in employee and talent experience management. Currently serving as Executive Leader of Team Member Experience at Whole Foods Market since January 2022, Jenny has held several leadership roles within the company, including Senior Team Leader in both Team Member Experience and Culture, and Principal in Employment Value Proposition. In addition to this role, Jenny is the Board Chair of the Employee Experience Board, a community focused on enhancing employee experience at major corporations, and has served as a Board Member of the Talent Marketing Board from April 2022 to August 2024. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Ace Hardware Corporation from 2012 to 2021, where various roles included Director of Talent Acquisition and Brand Advertising Manager. Jenny has also served as Board Chair for the Talent Marketing Board and SocialMedia.org, demonstrating a commitment to collaboration and leadership in brand and social media strategies. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.
