Joanne Neugebauer

Joanne Neugebauer has extensive experience in the natural consumer packaged goods sector, currently serving as a Category Manager for Shelf Stable Beverages at Whole Foods Market since August 2011, overseeing five beverage categories for over 500 stores in the U.S. Previously, Joanne held various leadership roles focused on local procurement and product development across multiple regions, including the Florida and Southeast regions, where Joanne managed innovative brand partnerships and served as a panelist at industry events. Joanne's career at Whole Foods Market also includes roles such as Associate Director and Associate Buyer, where Joanne successfully onboarded numerous natural CPG products and supported local growers. Joanne has received several accolades, including Team Member of the Year and recognition during the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office transitions. An Ohio Wesleyan University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Botany, Joanne's early career involved sustainability initiatives for the City of Cleveland and various internships.
