Korey R. Sims

Korey R. Sims possesses extensive experience in business development and project management within the construction and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive at Wholesale Floors LLC since June 2012, Korey also holds the position of Owner/President at RS Client Services, LLC., a client-based firm managing low-risk residential and commercial projects since January 2005. Previously, Korey was the Director of Facilities & Construction at Paradise Valley Hospital, overseeing all construction activities and plant operations from October 2008 to March 2012. Additional roles include Project Manager/Business Development at Bjerk Builders, Inc. from June 2005 to September 2008 and Director at St. Luke's Medical Center from 1998 to 2005. Korey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan College, earned between 1987 and 1990.
