Joey Pacheco has worked in various roles and industries throughout their career. In 2020, they began working as an Ad Creative Manager for Wholesome Goods, where they were responsible for overseeing creative content, managing and training teams, and creating campaigns for various social platforms. Joey also worked as a Graphic Designer for the company, creating multi-media ads, editing videos and motion graphics, and managing multiple projects. From 2017-2020, Joey worked at Social Forces as a Production Artist, Jr. Copywriter, Freelance Copywriter, and Production Intern. During their time as a Production Artist, they were knowledgeable and set up professional production gear in studio and on video sets, operated camera during video shoots, and edited videos with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. From 2014-2017, Joey worked as a Park Ranger and Recreation Leader for Hillsborough County. As a Park Ranger, they maintained parks through a wide variety of land management and trade skills, pitched and generated new ideas for the better good of park operations, and offered customers quality and knowledgable service. As a Recreation Leader, they set up, worked, and created various community events, created flyers/advertisements for recreation programs and events, and was a role model for the community. In 2017, Joey also worked as a Content Specialist Intern for Symphonic Distribution, where they researched and created blog content on the Symphonic Distribution blog, and used SEO practices to better boost content.

Joey Pacheco obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in 2017, majoring in Zimmerman School of Advertising. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree from Hillsborough Community College in 2015, majoring in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In 2021, Joey obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
