Abhineet Nigam

Abhineet Nigam is a Senior Battery Engineer at WHOOP, with expertise in the development and qualification of custom cell designs and advanced lithium-ion technologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers across various disciplines to optimize product performance, conducting rigorous testing, and executing design of experiments to address battery-related issues. Prior experience includes roles as a Battery Engineer/Researcher at the Indian Institute of Science, where interfacial microstructures in solid-state batteries were analyzed, and as a Data Intensive Research Enabling Clean Technologies trainee at the University of Washington, focusing on data science in clean technologies. Abhineet holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with Data Science from the University of Washington and a dual degree in Masters in Chemistry and B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
