Evelien Bunnik-Remmelts has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2007, they started their career as a Consultant at Local Legal, where they worked until 2011. In this role, they gained experience in providing consulting services. From 2011 to 2013, Evelien worked as a PR Advisor at Coebergh Communicatie & PR, where they were responsible for PR and communication strategies. Evelien then joined Het PR Bureau in 2013 as a Senior Communication & PR Advisor and later became a Client Service Director in 2017, working with leading brands such as Spotify, Foodora, and Zilveren Kruis. In 2017, Evelien joined Adyen as a PR Manager EMEA, a position they held until 2018. Currently, they are the Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at Whoppah, a rapidly growing Dutch startup that operates as an online marketplace for secondhand furniture, design pieces, and art.
Evelien Bunnik-Remmelts completed their Bachelor's degree in Communicatiemanagement from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) in 2007. Evelien then pursued a Minor in Journalistiek from the same university from 2005 to 2006. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Amsterdam and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Rechtsgeleerdheid in 2012. Evelien further continued their education at the University of Amsterdam, where they earned their Master's Degree in Law in 2014.
