David Gouveia

David Gouveia is a highly skilled structural engineer with a strong background in civil engineering, holding a Master's degree from the University of Madeira. Currently serving as a Senior Structural Engineer at WHP Telecoms Limited since May 2022, David has also worked as a Structural Engineer at Sitec Infrastructure Services Ltd. since May 2018.
