Cindy Cutler

Cindy Cutler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement and finance. Currently serving as a Foundation Board member for the Governor's School for the Arts Foundation since April 2016, Cindy supports the development of the next generation of artists and leaders. As an Administrative Assistant to Craig W. Haines at New York Life Insurance Company since February 2014, Cindy assists clients, primarily from the baby boomer demographic. Involved with WHRO Public Media as a Community Advisory Board Member and Membership Chair, Cindy ensures the organization remains responsive to community needs. Previously, Cindy held positions as a Board member for Virginia NORML, a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group and Bank of America, and served on the Executive Board of Directors for ACCESS AIDS Care. Cindy holds a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon and has received additional certifications in Military Relocation Professional.
