Daniel Harrell

Daniel Harrell has extensive work experience in various roles related to media, communications, and training. Daniel is currently the Director of TV Engineering at WHRO Public Media, where they are responsible for maintaining the on-air reliability of multiple TV and radio channels. Prior to this, they worked as the Owner/President of Skygazer Aerial, providing aerial services. Daniel also served as a Military Trainer/Information Environment Planner for Joint Staff at Northrop Grumman, where they specialized in media and provided training tools to the US Combatant Commands. Before that, they were the Marketing Director at The Therapy Network and the Communications and Outreach Manager at Healthy Suffolk. Daniel has also held multiple roles at WHRO, including Creative Director/Marketing Manager, Television Director/Graphic Specialist, and Videographer/Graphic Designer. Earlier in their career, they were the Owner/President of On-Air Productions.

Daniel Harrell attended Dobyns-Bennett High School from 1990 to 1993. After that, they went on to attend Pellissippi State Community College from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Communication and Media Studies.
