Elaine C. is currently the Vice President of People & Culture at WHY Brands, Inc., where Elaine oversees all people functions and strategic human resource planning. Prior to this role, Elaine held the same position at Munchkin for several years. Elaine also has a strong background in employment law, having worked as an Employment Law Attorney at both Klein, Hockel, Iezza & Patel, P.C. and Lewis Brisbois. Elaine has a Masters of Law from the University of Washington School of Law and a JD from California Western School of Law.
