Franziska Wagner

Franziska Wagner has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2012, they started their career as a Pädagogin at KOMPAKT - Schule mit Zukunft Zwickau, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a pädagogische Mitarbeiterin at Stadt Bamberg. In 2018, they worked as a wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at LIfBi - Leibniz-Institut für Bildungsverläufe e.V. Franziska'snext role was as a Testleiterin at IEA (International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement) from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they joined whyapply (Innovailably GmbH) in 2019 as an Operations Manager.

Franziska Wagner began their education at the Technische Universität Chemnitz in 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pedagogy in 2016. Franziska then pursued further studies at the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, earning a Master of Arts degree in Bildungsmanagement und Schul-Führung between 2016 and 2019. Most recently, in 2021, Franziska attended the IHK-Bildungszentrum Dresden gGmbH, focusing on Content Marketing Management.
