Salih Yakubu

Salih is an HR Innovator who believes in People, Processes, and Technology in the discharge of his duty.

He graduated from the University of Cape Coast where he pursued his first degree in Psychology and graduated in 2010.

He began his career as a Human Resource Officer, Generalist with Ayrton Drug Manufacturing Limited. After the company was acquired by Adcock Ingram from South Africa, he was made the Human Resource Business partner. He was part of a team that rewrote the Human Resource department and successfully carried out a Manpower Optimization program.

He later joined Olam Ghana as the Human Resource Manager for the Grains business overseeing Human Resource operations in Ghana, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso, and Niger.

Other positions he has held include Deputy Group HR Manager and Operation Team Lead for Kinapharma Limited and A.O Kranoc respectively.
