Michelle Rhone-Collins

Michelle Rhone-Collins is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and program development in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at LIFT, Inc. since February 2012, Michelle also holds the position of Executive Director for LIFT-LA. Previous roles include Executive Director at Children's Nature Institute, Youth Institute Director at New Vision Partners, and Executive Director at Beacon Community Center. Michelle's career began with significant roles at the University Settlement Society of New York, culminating as Program Director, and earlier as Associate Director of Youth Programs and Project Coordinator. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University and further studied at Teachers College, Columbia University.
