Samantha Siers

Samantha Siers is an experienced professional in program operations and education, currently serving as the Program and Operations Coordinator at LIFT, Inc. since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing program logistics and communications. Additionally, Samantha provides coaching to parents to foster financial security and enhance their social capital. As Auxiliary Board Chair for San Miguel School Chicago since August 2017, efforts focus on fundraising and event planning to support the school's mission. Prior experience includes teaching as a Title I Teacher, where individualized instruction was provided to over 70 students, and serving as Resident Head at the University of Chicago, supporting undergraduate students in a positive living environment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Arizona State University.
