Zoe Read

Zoe Read is a seasoned multimedia reporter with a diverse background in journalism, currently working at WHYY since May 2015 and contributing to comprehensive news coverage across Delaware. Previously, Zoe served as a reporter for Maryland Gazette/The Capital/Capital Style from March 2013 to December 2014, where daily assignments included a wide range of topics such as breaking news, criminal justice, and the arts. In addition, Zoe worked as a freelance contributor for The Atlantic, producing in-depth features on critical social issues. Zoe holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Delaware.
