Sigalit Fountain

Sigalit Fountain is the current Head of Operations & Engineering at Wi-Charge. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Engineering QA & EHS at Emerson from March 2017 to November 2020. In their role at Emerson, they were responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining Engineering, Quality and EHS to the local and corporate regulations and procedures. This included managing 25 people across 3 disciplines, reporting to the CEO and matrix global managers for Safety and Quality, and leading the implementation and training of Engineering system “Agile”.

During their time at Emerson, Sigalit completed a project to advance the company from paper based to fully automated, ahead of target. Sigalit also implemented Quality tools – for the connection of all tests in the company to the data collection system in real time, including analyzing the problems. In addition, they applied use of corporate, EtQ CAPA (Excellence to Quality) across the whole site at all levels for quality and process improvements with effective time managing to each stage at the CAPA.

Some of Sigalit’s other responsibilities included managing and approving CAPAs, NCs, ECOs, DCOs, Deviations, Procedures, presenting to Management - reviews for ENG Quality and EHS, analyzing and improving quality according to corporate DMAIC, 6 sigma model, responsibility with all applicable regulations – managing the external audits, making sure and implementing work according to Global company procedures,

Sigalit Fountain has a Master's in Business Administration with a finance specialization from the MLA - Center for Academic Studies, and is a Practical Electronic Engineer from Amal B Petach Tikva.

Sigalit Fountain reports to Victor Vaisleib, CEO. They are on a team with Jacob Guedalia - Head of Strategic Business Development, Ortal Alpert - Founder & CTO, and Ori Mor - Founder & Chief Business Officer.
