Winnie Hsu

Winnie Hsu is a Partner at WI Harper Group based in Taipei, bringing over 16 years of venture capital experience. Winnie focuses on tech investments, particularly in the communications, digital media, enterprise intelligence, and new technology application industries. In addition to investment activities, Winnie has been actively involved in providing operational and business development support to WI Harper’s investments. Winnie’s investment and portfolio management history include companies such as PC Home Online (Taiwan OTC: 8044), XPEC (Taiwan OTC: 3662), Z-Com (Taiwan OTC: 8176), Solid State Systems (Taiwan OTC: 3259), Silitech (Taiwan OTC: 3311), M.J. Health Management (secondary sale), Senhwa Biosciences (Taiwan OTC: 6492), and Testar Electronics.

Winnie currently sits on the Board of MorningShop (vertical eCommerce platform), and is a Board Observer of Appier (Artificial Intelligence solution). Winnie has many years of experience in investment, portfolio management, investor relations, and fund management.

Winnie holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Adelaide in Australia.
