Yigong Wang

Yigong Wang is the Chief Operating Officer of WI Harper’s Beijing Office where he is responsible for daily operations. Prior to joining WI Harper, Yigong spent 19 years at China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (COSCO), where he served as the Deputy Director of R&D Center. While he was with COSCO, he also served as Deputy General Manager of the Ship-building & Trading Department, Director of Technology Center, and member of various committees. Prior to COSCO, Yigong worked at the Department of Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture at Tianjin University.

Yigong holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University in UK and Masters's degree in Engineering from Tianjin University.
