Razan Farmand has held various leadership roles in different companies, including WI-HER, LLC as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Director of HR, Risk Management, and Operations. Additionally, Razan has served as an Operations and Risk Management Officer/ Rule of Law Technical Advisor. Farmand also worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Office of the Public Defender. Razan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Augustana College. Currently, Razan is pursuing a Masters of Law (LLM) in Government Procurement from George Washington University Law School Graduate Programs.

WI-HER, LLC (Women Influencing Health, Education, and Rule of Law) is an international consulting firm that identifies and implements creative solutions to complex health and social challenges to achieve better, healthier lives for all.
