Ashley Benstead

Ashley Benstead has extensive work experience in various roles related to service delivery, support, and management. They currently hold the position of Head of Service, Delivery & Implementation at wi-Q Technologies since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Support at wi-Q Technologies from October 2022 to August 2023. Before joining wi-Q Technologies, Ashley served as the Head of Support at Onvi, a mobile order and pay solution provider for the hospitality industry, from September 2021 to October 2022. Ashley also has a history of working at Epos Now, starting as an Apprentice Customer Service Agent in June 2012 and progressing through various roles including Logistics & Dispatch Controller, 2nd Line Support Agent, and Customer Service Manager. They eventually held the positions of Service Delivery Manager and Global Workforce Management & Data Manager until August 2021. Ashley's work experience showcases their expertise in customer service, support, and management within the technology and hospitality sectors.

Ashley Benstead started their education at Northgate High School in Dereham, where they obtained their GCSE degree in 2010. They then attended the College of West Anglia, Kings Lynn from 2010 to 2012, earning a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Computing. In 2012, Ashley completed an EDI Diploma in IT User Skills (ITQ Apprentice) Level 2 at JHP Training. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Leadership & Management degree at Poultec.
