Craig Dzierwa

Craig Dzierwa has extensive experience in business systems management and project leadership within the ERP domain. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Systems at Wi-Tronix, LLC since June 2017, Craig specializes in Epicor ERP administration, acts as a liaison to the business, and possesses comprehensive knowledge of quote-to-cash processes and C# customizations. Previously, as the ERP Project Manager at Plasticade - American Louver Company, Craig successfully managed the implementation of Epicor, overseeing data migration and continuous process improvements. Earlier roles also include Operations & Logistics Manager, where Craig enhanced production and warehouse operations, and Operations Manager at Megaplex Sports Center, focusing on inventory and resource management. Craig's career began at the Village of Orland Park in various capacities, building a foundation in maintenance and employee training. Craig holds an MBA in Operations, Information Management, and General Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Recreation from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
