Rodney Earick

Rodney Earick currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Wichert Insurance since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rodney gained extensive experience as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Jay Industries, Inc. from July 2010 to April 2022. Before that, Rodney was the Owner of RFME Insurance from April 2001 to July 2010. Rodney earned a degree from The University of Akron, where studies took place from 1994 to 1998.
