Holly Grainger

Holly Grainger, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and investment management. Currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations at Wickes, Holly leads the IR function for the £1.5 billion UK home improvement retailer. Previously, as Deputy Head of Investor Relations at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, Holly managed relations with equity investors during a crucial period of management change and business turnaround. In a prior role at easyJet, Holly played a key role in raising £5.5 billion in emergency liquidity at the onset of the Covid pandemic. Holly's entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by founding scooTow, where design and sales of a unique children's accessory were managed independently. Holly's career also includes roles at Royal Mail, LNG Capital LLP, Aviva Investors, F&C Asset Management, and Baring Asset Management, in various investment analyst and portfolio management positions. Holly holds a BA (Hons) in French and German from the University of Exeter.
