Karen Webster is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in strategic and operational HR management. Currently serving as the HR Director of People Services at Wickes since May 2019, Karen has previously held significant roles including OD and Change Programme Manager. Prior to this, Karen was the Head of HR at BUILT/, a start-up focused on digital building materials, and held the position of Director at Intensity Consultancy Limited, managing large-scale transformational HR projects. Karen's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR Retail at Wickes, as well as HR Business Partner and Change Management Consultant at Nationwide Building Society.
