Shannon Russell

Shannon Russell is a seasoned professional in employer branding and project management, currently serving as a Senior Employer Brand and Experience Manager at Wickes since May 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Project Lead at PINK SQUID, where Shannon excelled in launching multiple recruitment and brand campaigns while managing diverse stakeholders and high-end budgets. Additional experience encompasses project management roles across various companies, including Surround Vision and Disney Theatrical Group, as well as hospitality and internship positions that added to a well-rounded skill set. Shannon holds an MA in Film, Television and Screen Studies from the University of Nottingham and a BA in Drama (Hons) from the University of Pretoria, alongside a Diploma in Culinary Arts from Silwood Kitchen School of Cookery.
