Mike Campbell

Mike Campbell is an experienced education professional serving as Assistant Principal at Wicomico County Board of Education since June 2007. In this role, Mike has also held positions as Acting Assistant Principal and Dean of Students, focusing on instructional support, student discipline, school safety, and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Additional expertise includes being a Science Teacher and Science Department Chair, facilitating collaboration among educators, and leading professional development initiatives. Mike has developed high school science curricula at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and taught a gifted and talented summer program at Wor-Wic Community College. Earlier experience includes sales and technical roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and Computer World. Mike holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Salisbury University.
